A Realistic Entry Point Into Business Video... No one's going to teach you all the aspects of entering the big party room, at least, not in one sitting. So let's laser down to the basic "entry-level" question: "Who will be the face of your business in front of the camera?"Depending on your product or service, this is not an easy question. Your product may require high-level expertise that is difficult to communicate to the masses. You don't want some hard-nosed, grumpy-faced technician trying to sway emotion-based customers to buy from a person they instinctively don't like or trust. At the same time, you don't want some silky-sweet, flimsy-dressed model type that takes the customer's mind off the product completely. For the sake of expediency and the strategic thinking you have yet to employ, let's not plunge into deep waters just yet. Let's not answer the question of who your spokesperson should be, not today. Instead, let's step back to visualize the attributes your spokesperson should ultimately possess. Let's look at a replica of what the audience or potential client should see. ------------ This talented young woman is at the top of her game as far as visual communication, voice, and eye appeal. Back in the early tv network day, when we prepped clients on how to present themselves during a television interview, some political, but mostly corporate and business, this is the epitome of what we wanted them to project ... confident, comfortable, precise, empathetic ... Just basically mastering the art of "when" to smile, this, as a minimum baseline. She projects the whole package. Watch the hands. Watch the head rock. This comes with a great deal of work (Michael Jordan building a gym in his house "work".) You can get there. But it's not easy. It is not natural. Now that you see what you need, you may commit to the on-camera training or commit to hiring a spokesperson that's the right fit for your organization's on-camera presentations. What you can't afford to do is commit to nothing and get locked out of the big room. ---------------------------------------- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4JX7KyCkcs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvDxQEN8Hms

BUSINESS VIDEO MARKETING: TAKING YOUR BUSINESS IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA IN 2022?
#Business Presentation Video #Video Marketing #Business Promo Video
Video marketing for businesses is huge, and growing. Over 720,000 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube each day. A phenomenal 5 billion videos are watched on YouTube every single day. Remember the expensive television ads that businesses used to fight over. New surveys show that 6 out of 10 people prefer online video platforms to live TV.
The writing is on the wall. At some point, you will have to make a decision about entering the big video party room, or being locked out of the room where all your customers are engaged in a grand buying frenzy ... with your competitors.
